Now is the time to remember and celebrate this beautiful person. Kindra truly touched all of our lives. From the comments on previous posts, and from knowing her, I know it didn't matter how much time or how little time was spent with her, she had a way of making a positive impact on each of us just by being in her presence. Her friendship was a gift and that gift lives on in our memories.
I am asking all of you to help celebrate, whether you are near or far, by sending me pictures of you and your family in your Kindra'd Spirit ensembles so I can post them on the blog. This will help us all feel part of this celebration and show all the friends and family of Mark and Kindra how much she is loved.
If you haven't purchased one yet, you can still do that at www.snarkybabies.com/kindra. There is adult apparel on the site too! All proceeds go to the trust. I even have a deal for you. If you purchase $50 or more and put in this code: CANDORPURVEY, you will get $5 off. Full profit will still go to the trust even with this coupon.
Please e-mail me the pictures at marns23@gmail.com and I will start posting them for all to see!

Mi Amiga Querida! You'll always be in my heart and in the memories of all the fun times we shared. I can still see and hear us singing out loud to Shakira in your car parked on Wilson Ave. in front of Caro Mio... dancing to Gipsy Kings in Ravinia... at Coldplay in Alpine Valley and camping later that night... knowing you and being your friend, having been touched by your strength and spirit, it all makes me a better person. I will always love you! - Paula
Your words are inspiring and the love that comes out of these pages is amazing. Thank you for sharing your journey and sharing such a personal battle. The world has lost an amazing soul, but it is heavens gain. You are amazing Kindra! Katie Bailes (McDonald)
I have just read the amazing blog. Thank you to Jaclyn & Christy for sending me the blog link. Kindra made me smile and tear up so many times as she wrote about her cancer journey. I always remember from college... Kindra being a happy, fun, loving and kind soul...and clearly she lived her life like that thru it all! Kindra, I feel blessed to have known you. I pray for your wonderful Mark and you family and friends. Thank you for all the smiles and laughs. Love in PKE. Celeste(Richardson) McCarthy
Dear Mark, Family and Friends,
My heart is so saddened to hear of Kindra's passing. Her journal entries are beautifully written, all while keeping such a positive attitude and a great sense of humor. I will always remember her gorgeous smile and beautiful soul. I just can't get her off my mind...

To Mark, the Mclennan Family and Friends, Although we only met Kindra for a short time at Marnie and Tabhu's wedding, we feel that we have known her for many years through the close friendship she shared with our close freinds Marnie and Tabhu. I cannot count the times that Marnie would need to cut short a discussion on work or life in Chicago, to run and help her friend Kindra, with one thing or another. They truly are the best of friends. Our thoughts are with you all now and always. We will remember your friendship and hospitality for those few days in Sept/08. when we were finally able to meet face to face. -- Sincerely Eric & Nives (Truant) Zvaniga (Whitby, Ont / Kelowna, BC)
Dear Mark and Family,
We were so blessed to have Kindra spend a few holidays with us when we lived in Indiana and she and our daughter, Amy were in Chicago. She truly enriched our time together with her amazingly positive attitude. Her spirit and attitude have been an inspiration to me for as long as I have known her. I thank her for being a part of our lives. Love, Pat and Wes
I did not know Kindra but I'm truly inspired by this beautiful persons spirit and fight that will remain an effect on me forever. Im sure I'll never forget this story. Bless her and her husband.
To Mark and your families,
I am finding it most difficult to find the words to let you know how truly heartbreaking it is to know that Kindra is no longer here in body. While we worked at the same agency, I was not as fortunate as the rest to have truly gotten to know here. What I did know was that Kindra was beautiful insight and out - sweet to the core.
Having just read the beautiful article in the Tribune, I have also learned how strong and sassy Kindra was too. Her time on earth was a blessing to all of those she touched, even those that did not know her well.
Kindra has made a great impact on many and will never be forgotten. I only hope that all of you will continue top feel Kindra's amazing presence and love forever.
My thoughts are with you all. Robyn Black
